Smith Kane, LLP is conveniently located in the heart of Boston’s Financial District.  We have parking in our building, are approximately 10 minutes from Boston’s Logan International Airport and also within short walking distance to public transportation, including South Station train and bus terminal.

  • 101 Federal Street Parking Garage
    The entrance to the parking garage is located on the left hand side of 101 Federal Street, just before the front entrance to the building. Pull in and the valet will park your car; take the elevator to the lobby level.
  • Zero Post Office Square Garage
    The entrances to this underground parking facility are found on Pearl Street and Congress Street. Vehicles that are over 6’10″ should only use the Congress Street Entrance.
  • From the North
    • Take I-93 South to exit 20 A-B towards South Station.
    • Stay in the right hand lane and merge onto Surface Road/Purchase Street.
    • Make a right onto Summer Street.
    • Make an immediate right onto High Street.
    • Make a left onto Federal Street. 75-101 Federal Street is at the end of the block, just before the first set of lights.
  • From the South
    • Take I-93 North (the Southeast Expressway) to exit 20 towards South Station/I-90 West/Worcester.
    • Follow the signs for Chinatown/South Station.
    • Make a right onto Kneeland Street. Continue to follow Kneeland Street as it turns left and becomes Atlantic Avenue.
    • Make a left onto Summer Street.
    • Make an immediate right onto High Street.
    • Make a left onto Federal Street. 75-101 Federal Street is at the end of the block, just before the first set of lights.
  • From the West (Mass Pike/I-90 East)
    • Take I-90 East/Massachusetts Turnpike to exit 24 A-B-C on the left towards I-93 South/Quincy/South Station/Concord, NH/I-93 North.
    • Take exit 24 A for South Station.
    • Make a left at the fork to continue towards Atlantic Avenue. Merge onto Atlantic Avenue.
    • Make a left onto Summer Street.
    • Make an immediate right onto High Street.
    • Make a left onto Federal Street. 75-101 Federal Street is at the end of the block, just before the first set of lights.
  • Green Line – Exit from the Park Street station. Walking away from The Common, cross Tremont Street and walk down Winter Street towards Downtown Crossing. After 1 block (at Washington Street) Winter Street becomes Summer Street. Follow Summer Street for 4 blocks and then take a left onto Devonshire Street. Near the end of that block, you will find the rear entrance to 75-101 Federal Street on your right.
  • Red and Orange Lines – Exit from the Downtown Crossing station and take the Summer Street exit out of the station. Walk down Summer Street towards Hawley Street (Macy’s will be on your right). After 4 blocks, take a left onto Devonshire Street. Near the end of that block, you will find the rear entrance to 75-101 Federal Street on your right.
  • Blue Line – Transfer to the Orange Line at the State station and get off at the Downtown Crossing station. At Downtown Crossing, take the Summer Street exit out of the station. Walk down Summer Street towards Hawley Street (Macy’s will be on your right). After 4 blocks, take a left onto Devonshire Street. Near the end of that block, you will find the rear entrance to 101 Federal Street on your right.
  • Silver Line – For the Washington Street line, travel to Downtown Crossing. Walk down Summer Street towards Hawley Street (Macy’s will be on your right). After 4 blocks, take a left onto Devonshire Street. Near the end of that block, you will find the rear entrance to 75-101 Federal Street on your right.
  • Waterfront and Airport Terminal Lines – Travel to South Station. Walk up Summer Street, crossing Atlantic Avenue and Purchase Street. Take a right onto High Street and, at the end of the block, a left onto Federal Street. The front entrance to 75-101 Federal Street will be on your left before the first set of lights.
  • Take Mass Pike/I-90 West/Ted Williams Tunnel/I-93 to exit 25-24 towards South Boston.
  • Make a slight right onto B Street.
  • At the end of B Street, make a left onto Northern Avenue/Seaport Boulevard. Continue to follow Seaport Boulevard over the bridge.
  • Make a left onto Surface Road/Purchase Street.
  • Make a right onto Summer Street.
  • Make an immediate right onto High Street.
  • Make a left onto Federal Street. 101 Federal Street is at the end of the block, just before the first set of lights.
